We have our very own in-house seamstress who has many years professional years of excellence behind her! There is little we cannot do for a customer, so please, if you have any special requests, please do ask. Here a few things we have done for discerning customers:
- making matching roman blinds from ready-made curtains, to exact specifications and fitted onto professional, modern headrails
- making pelmets from ready-made curtains which are mostly not available
- drop reduction changes
- cushion covers for a wide range of applications

- produce tie-backs not normally available from ready-made fabric

How to shorten the drop
If you would like the drop shortening on your curtains, first select the size appropriate for the shortening. ie: if you would like a drop of 60", you need to purchase curtains of a 72" drop. Next, in the width box (shown below), enter the width of your curtains - this determines the cost). It looks like this:

How to change the heading from PENCIL to EYELET
If you have selected a curtain with Pencil Heading you can have this changed to an Eyelet Heading
To change your heading from Pencil to Eyelet, on the order page, click the box and choose the WIDTH of the curtains during the process which determines the price charged:

Then you simply choose the eyelet colour options (no charge for this). Please see below:

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. WE HAVE A 1 CM TOLLERANCE WHEN WE REDUCE THE DROP OF A CURTAIN. Curtains are also NON RETURNABLE once customisation has been done. If in doubt, please see our returns policy.
2. When customising from Pencil Pleat to Eyelet heading, the heading tape remains on the custains and the eyelets are punched through. This helps with strengthening the top of the curtain and enhances the hanging appearance of each curtain.
How to change the heading from EYELET to PENCIL heading:
This is a more complex procedure, but is possible given specific criteria: ie, if your curtains are long enough, as you will loose at least 5 inches when this is done.
